Social media is about sharing; you know that. When it comes to recruitment, it’s also about sharing, but to share, you have to have someone to share with. It’s about building a group or community around you. Some say that job applications through job search only represent 20% of the actual job market. Some say most jobs are being filled through reaching out to candidates found on social media, or through referrals.
